Williams Family Group is led by , Tim Williams, Jr., a Kingdom of Bahrain-based executive with a track record spanning international business development, intergovernmental affairs, and high-stakes campaign and stakeholder work.
Tim currently serves as President of Williams Family Group, where he leads strategy and execution for expansion into new international markets. His work includes identifying growth opportunities, managing key accounts, forging strategic partnerships, and driving revenue through both alliances and direct initiatives. Previously, he served at the U.S. Department of the Interior in Washington, D.C. (2017–2021), including as Director of Intergovernmental & External Affairs. In that role he reported to the Secretary, supervised career and political staff, coordinated policy communications with elected officials nationwide, and strengthened relationships with organizations such as the National Governors Association and the National Association of Counties. He helped organize extensive stakeholder engagement around national monuments and participated in a multi-department working group advancing regulatory innovation and occupational licensing reform. Earlier, Tim founded and led Battleground LLC, providing full-service campaign and political consulting, and held field and campaign leadership roles with multiple local, State and Federal Campaigns, the 2016 Trump campaign in Nevada, and Political Director for the Clark County Republican Party.
